Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No. We eliminate duplicates, test shots and images that may not deliver the quality we want.

Does your studio provide videography services?

No, but we are happy to make some great recommendations.

Do you do destination weddings?

Yes. Prices are available upon request.

Do you provide partial day coverage?

Yes, we will cover any event longer than 3 hours at a reasonable hourly rate.

Do you shoot Quinceaneras, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?

No. Weddings and Elopements only.

What if our ceremony is in a different language?

We will be glad to photograph any ceremony in any language. Photography is a form of art and art speaks all languages.

What is your photography style?

Timeless, photojournalist, and creative documentary.

Do you touch up all the images?

Yes. Every image that is delivered to our clients has been post-production edited with our unique style of editing.

I have downtime between events on my wedding day. Will I be charged for that downtime?

Yes. While there may not be an event during this downtime, we don’t stop working. We may use this time to capture more photos of the couple, the venue, travel to an additional location or backing up images.

How many images do you typically deliver from an engagement session? From a wedding?

Image count varies from session to session. A typical engagement will have 20-50 images and a full day wedding may have 200-500+. We don’t like to put a cap on image count because we want you to have all the memories we’ve captured on your special day.

When and where can we view our pictures?

We provide an online gallery to view, share, print, and order keepsakes from a professional photo lab. Each session will have its own link and file within a folder.

What rights do I have to the digital prints?

You have the right to print images whenever and wherever you want as well as share and post to social media. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.

Do you provide the RAW files from my engagement session and wedding day?

No, we do not. We want our clients to receive a beautiful finished product. Part of the cost includes the post processing work.

What if I lose my images?

The online gallery will be available for the lifetime of the company. If the USB drive is lost, there is a $100 replacement charge for each USB drive being replaced.

How long does it take to get my album?

You can expect your wedding or engagement album to be delivered within 45 days of the delivered event photos. We take our time designing each album and expect a 5-10 business day turnaround for printing and delivery from the lab.

Can I add more pages and images to my album?

Yes. There will be a $25 charge for each page added to the album.

What type of camera/equipment do you use?

Currently we use Nikon brand DSLR cameras and professional grade lenses, SD cards, and on/off camera flash. Post production is done on a MacBook Pro with Lightroom and Photoshop.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have General Liability Insurance.

Do you travel to meet clients?

Yes. We want to make this experience as convenient as possible. If you need to meet more than 25 miles outside of Atlanta city limits there may be a travel fee.

How do I reserve you for my date?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Is there an additional fee if we pay via credit card?

No.

Do you offer any discounts on weekday weddings, Sunday weddings, or weddings during the offseason?

No, we do not.
